Our facility has been designed to support your health and performance goals. Whether you are a first time gym user, fitness enthusiast, or an elite athlete, we can accommodate for your every need, in a unique and inspiring environment, using superior kit, including (but not limited to) Elieko, Keiser, PowerBlock, TRX, SKLZ, WattBike, Concept and TriggerPoint.
DESIGNATED STUDIO
We have a designated studio for strength and conditioning training and a separate studio for yoga, reformer pilates, mat work pilates, foam roller, stretch and mobility sessions, as well as meditation classes. Our ability to deliver these classes helps us support our clients with a complete approach to human performance.
THERAPY ROOM
Our therapy room allows us to further support our clients goals, offering soft tissue/sports massage therapy, physiotherapy and nutritional assessments and consultations. We’ve left no stone unturned in helping you be the best version of you.
We have a break out area, where we can serve hot & cold drinks, including, coffee, tea, shakes and juices.

And lastly, we have a separate W.C. and shower/changing room, equipped with luxury washing products and hairdryer.
